Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Handle inquiries, objections, follow-ups and maintain records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and collaborate for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-2 years in telesales/telemarketing/customer service. Freshers welcome.
• Strong communication, positivity, and ability to handle rejection.
• Basic computer knowledge; fluent in Hindi & English.
• Goal-oriented and team-player.
